Hot Spinach Dip

Can be turned into a breakfast masterpiece! Add to toast with a fried egg on top!

Ingredients

  • 500g frozen chopped spinach – thawed and water squeezed out
  • 200g tin or small jar of artichoke hearts – drained diced
  • 4 cups of Universal Grated Tasty cheese
  • 200ml of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl

2. Once ingredients are combined, pour into an oven proof dish

3. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
