CONSISTENTLY GOOD EVERYDAY

Universal Mozzarella

“Universal Mozzarella cheese is a game-changer for my business. Its consistency is unmatched, delivering a perfect evenly blistered, golden brown appearance on top. Its creamy texture and rich flavour has elevated the quality of my pizzas and had customers commenting on how good they taste! They also love the pull and stretch that this Mozzarella provides.”

Universal Tasty

“I’ve been impressed with Universal’s Tasty Shred since I first tried it. Its mild yet mature flavour adds a delightful depth to my menu items. What’s impressed me is its consistent shred size, and melting profile. Whether I’m topping off a salad sandwich or wrap or layering it into a grilled cheese sandwich, it delivers delicious results every time. It’s a must-have cheese for anyone looking to elevate their culinary creations. ”

Universal Parmesan Style

“The Universal range from Pure Dairy has provided my business with a range of products that perform consistently everyday. The grated Parmesan is one of my favourites, its slightly sweet and nutty flavours blend perfectly into soups, sauces and pastas. The dry, grated texture makes it incredibly versatile and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a touch of goodness to their menu items. ”

“Universal Gouda cheese has completely surpassed my expectations in every way. Its fine shred makes it incredibly versatile, effortlessly blending into a variety of dishes to add a delicious level of flavour. When it comes to melting, this cheese excels, achieving a perfectly creamy consistency. But what truly sets Universal Gouda apart is its mild nutty flavour, which adds a subtle yet distinct richness to every bite. I highly recommend it to anyone. ”
